Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- DOD OrtizSep 3, 20261.009/03/26 around 5:45 pm my husband placed a mobile order, went inside the restaurant at 6pm to wait at least 25 minutes on our food. A lady that came after my husband asked them how much longer my husband’s food would take, since she saw him waiting. The food was cold and the order was wrong. We notice when we got home the order was incorrect, as soon as he got in the car I tried a fry and it was hard and cold. Very disappointing, after a long day of work we were trying to pick up something simple but for the restaurant it was a challenge. I know this type of reviews go unnoticed on big corporations but just in case someone already had a long day at work and does not wish to eat cold food, wait and receive the wrong order.

The worst part was the lie in mentioning the confirmation and the unprofessional attitude. They also gave out cold fries as well. I should have gone to Chicfila, at least the staff are consistently polite there. Disciplinary action or retraining should be occur to rectify this poor customer service.
