Employee N. Refused to serve me my small military coffee @ 0830. Had to ask another employee ! Don’t understand what is wrong today with customer service. Always one person ruin experience. I should be a mystery shopper.

This location always missing up my delivery orders not once or twice but already 4 to 5 times yes for shore I go to customer service to let the corp know i been paying for delivery orders nd they always miss up

I placed a mobile order. The expected time of pickup was less than 10 minutes. I waited. Pulled up to a curbside spot, drive thru was an unavailable option for some unknown reason. I waited 8 minutes. Went inside. Waited. An employee was placing an order that seemed intriguing to the young man taking his order and the young man that had grabbed my order, but had to comment on his coworker's order and dab him up. When I was able to get his attention, I was given my not so much curbside order and an apology. I was not happy. Anyway, I did enjoy my tacos.

I honestly give up on this location. I placed my order through the app and came to pick it up. Elderly Hispanic man told me to order through the kiosk and left to the back. I already ordered I don't need to order again. He scrambles to do other orders and after waiting 10 minutes he ask if I am here for delivery. I say no and say I'm here to pick up. I give him my name and I don't see him again for another 5 minutes. He comes back and ask me name again. I say the samething and I never see him again. Another person ask how they can help. I give my name and he gives me my order that was around the corner In The "Uber" section. Why is my order over there? And why did I have to waste my time for something that was easily solvable?
