Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Every single time I come here I wait 20+ minutes for a simple burger. I do not understand. Like its ridiculous seriously. And then the food doesnt even come out fresh.

    Everyone was nice and responsive, great service, even when I was unaware if the chicken sandwich handed to me was spicy or regular they gave me a fresh sandwich just to be sure and gave no negative treatment. Will definitely come back to this location!

    This location was mediocre overall; however, I wanted to leave a review because the store was in poor condition. The lid area was dirty, and there were ants around the coffee creamers as well as on top of the container that held the lids.

    The fake reviews yall have givin ur self 18 hours ago really truly set the tone. Lmfaoooo!! Who ever that lady at the drive through mic last night early this morning 04/17 /26 is just a little immature girl in a suit. We were told by another employee she gets MULTIPLE complaints a day. COMPLAINTS not compliments. I said I would leave a review and now to see the three FAKE, lying, dishonest reviews is rlly the cherry on top. But yes! Yall are amazing. Best food place around if you want to leave pissed off and feeing sick the whole next day bc either they didn’t cook their food or honestly wouldn’t be surprised if she did something 😭 all that huffin and puffin bc she kept cutting us off and not listening. Don’t work a customer service job if y don’t have customer service as a positive character trait 🫣

    I had a really disappointing experience at the Whataburger on Westpark and Highway 6 during the night shift. The service was painfully slow even though there weren’t many cars in line, I waited over 25 minutes just to get my order. When I finally got my food, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a while. The staff seemed completely unorganized and uninterested. There was no sense of urgency, and communication between employees looked chaotic. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and when I tried to address it, the response I got was rude and dismissive. I expect better from a place that usually has a solid reputation. Late night customers deserve the same level of service as daytime ones, but this location clearly doesn’t deliver. I won’t be coming back during night hours I’d strongly recommend that management take a closer look at the night shift operations at this location. There seems to be a clear lack of supervision, organization, and basic customer service standards during late hours. Improving staff training, accountability, and communication could make a big difference. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with long waits, incorrect orders, and rude interactions especially at a wellknown chain
