  Got the 3 piece chicken strips. Can you say LAB CREATED CHICKEN. I won't eat chicken from here again.

  Moving here from Massachusetts, having Whataburger for the second time ever (had it in Alabama a couple years back on a vacation). What a glorious decision I made coming to this particular location. Gorgeous building, looked very clean. Service was great, despite waiting about 7-8 minutes for my order to be taken. I've worked fast food before, there's a huge drive thru line and many delivery orders, so I completely understood. Greeted by I want to say the manager but I could be wrong. Displayed some common courtesy, was nice the entire time and showed a great example of "southern hospitality." The food when I took it home was amazing. I got two Patty Melts with added Bacon, some fries and a Peach Milkshake (strictly out of curiosity) and the Patty Melts were top notch and reminded me of a Steak n Cheese back home and the Bacon was nice and crispy. The fries, I didn't eat much of them but I shared them with my niece. She's in love with the fries. If you want a McDonald's fry without the McDonald's, Whataburger is the perfect franchise for a substitute. Nice thick n creamy milkshake and I was tasting peach with every sip. Explosion of peachy deliciousness if you would. Anytime I find myself in the area and I want a good bite to eat. Best believe I will be coming back to this location. Absolutely spot on. Only giving a 4 star because while I wouldn't care personally, 7-8 minutes is a bit much of a wait for anyone in the dining room to get their order taken and a guy in front of me was trying to get a cookie for about the same duration but he was ignored by most people until someone realized I and a girl behind me were both ready to order. Elite night all because of these hardworking people bringing tasty food to the world.

  Ok, I am convinced all of the fast foods are no longer concerned with the quality of their food or satisfying their customers. I decided to go back to Whataburger off 288 and W Orem in Houston, Texas to try the new Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich Combo....I actually just bought two combos. The Barq's Root Beer tasted like straight syrup, so I ask the woman in the drive thru to replace them both with Fanta Strawberry...easy ice and she did (thank you). I arrived home and placed my food on the table and looked at my chicken sandwich after I took a bite. It is suppose to have the hot pepper jack spread on it. Needless to say it looks like whomever put it together was trying to save the spread on both. As expensive as Whataburger is for a sandwich alone, it should not be a problem to at least make the food look as close to what is advertised as possible. Not even close....this had made me not want to stop at any fast food restaurant period. If more people would actually post their reviews, maybe the fast food industry would start to understand their customers will remain repeat customers if restaurants would serve appealing food which highlight the item the restaurant is promoting and understand it really should be about the quality of the food you serve you customers. I'm done.
