Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I ordered a Large Diet Dr Pepper with no ice, and I’m feeling fizz. Be concerned for your children or elderly when ordering from this location.

I came through the drive-through around 12:30 AM and was the only customer there, yet I waited 15 minutes without any update. I could see 6-7 employees inside — some working, some just talking — but no one came to the window. I waved to try to get someone's attention, and one employee just held up a finger telling me to wait.
When someone finally opened the window, I asked about my order and was told they were "busy." I understood that, but I had only ordered two orders of fries. I could see food sitting right next to the window and asked if it was mine. They confirmed it was, charged me, and handed it over — the fries were already cold, meaning they'd been sitting there the entire time I was waiting.
I asked for fresh fries since I'd just waited 15 minutes for cold food, and the employee who handled it was rude and had a clear attitude with me. He mentioned he'd just gotten back from the restroom, but that doesn't explain why food that should've taken minutes to prepare was sitting out getting cold while I sat in the drive-through.
I understand delays happen with larger orders, but this was two orders of fries. There's no excuse for the wait, the cold food, or the attitude I got when I simply asked for it to be redone. This location consistently has slow service and long waits, and based on this experience, some of the staff need better training on customer service. Someone please teach the kids you employ

All the employees standing around talking, laughing and not getting the customers food out. My food wasn’t fresh and my fries were cold. I’m not sure how the morning and day crew is but this was at 2am.

Than you, Whataburger, for stepping on my burger before serving it to me. Looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement.
