Drive thru person acts like they hate their job
Can’t get a simple order right, paid for food and did not receive all of it. Ordered and paid for chicken tenders with a ranch sauce. I received the ranch but not the chicken tenders!!!

WAS SERVED A RAW CHICKEN STRIP SANDWICH!!! ALL THREE CHICKEN STRIPS ON SANDWICH WERE PINK. REPORTED THIS TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I just wanted to leave a quick review for the Whataburger on Pearland Parkway in Pearland, Texas. The place is fairly new, so it has a really clean, fresh, and welcoming vibe the moment you pull in. Everything looks well kept, and it honestly just feels good being there.
But the ultimate plus this morning was the staff. Everyone was extremely mannered, happy, and positive during my visit around 7:10 AM. The lady taking the orders and working the window this morning was so welcoming and had such a positive attitude. I didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing a blue shirt and she truly made the start of my morning better. It honestly felt like I was supposed to stop there today.
Sometimes it’s not just about good food, it’s about good people and good energy, and this location definitely had that this morning. Thank God for waking us up every morning, but also thank God for kind people like the staff at Whataburger that can make your day start even better.

Went through drive-through to purchase two gift cards. The young lady seemed improperly trained in customer service and was second guessing how to run them through. Gave me my gift cards and walked away. Since she didn’t say thank you I assumed she was going to get my receipt for the gift cards. But she never returned. After waiting for a while to keep out see what I needed, and I asked her for my receipt. She went back in, got my receipt came back, but never apologize for saying thank you.

This location is CONSTANTLY slow. Cars pile up in the drive through because everyone waits so long for their food. They also ALWAYS get something wrong. This is supposed to be a job that requires minimal skills. It's not hard to get it right. Horrible horrible service. We will not be returning to this one.
