It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
No one took my order at 9am. Skipped me in front of two other cars. Drove to the window and told the worker I think you mistakenly forgot to take my order. Her response was “oh no I didn’t forget to take your order, I don’t take orders from lane 2”. Horrible customer service. Need to hire and train people that treat their customers with respect. Made me feel like I was a burden because no one took my order.

Annali and Crystal from night shift is truly the GOAT. Super fast worker and attentive. Immediately aided in my order and got it out fast! Truly was on top of things and customer satisfaction. Quick and fast service provided by them. Truly such hard workers and take orders fast and also get food out fast and hot.

I went inside and ordered lickety split, sat down after filling our drinks, and IMMEDIATELY got our food. I feel so blessed and I love WHATABURGER so much. 🥹✌🏼

I bought the honey butter biscuit, but unfortunately, I didn’t try it until my hour drive to work and the honey butter is expired and I’m not upset more just concerned to anybody else who were ordered it so I called and I let the person know and she immediately says “well no one else has complained” …. I understand she works at Whataburger and people probably don’t care about their job but I just wanted to make sure that they threw away the expired honey butter because it was extremely sour but still smelled sweet. I let her know I was just calling for that. I didn’t want a refund or anything reimbursed and she just sounded very motto tone like okay what else? I didn’t get a name but the call was at 10:36 on Friday, June 5. And I do not think there will be throwing it away so guys watch out!
