  Lần này mình có trải nghiệm rất tốt tại Cà phê Trung Nguyên, đặc biệt muốn dành lời khen cho bé Ân. Bé phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, dễ thương và chu đáo, từ cách tư vấn đến cách hỗ trợ khách đều tạo cảm giác rất thoải mái và dễ chịu. Mình rất ấn tượng với thái độ phục vụ vui vẻ, lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp của bé. Những chi tiết nhỏ trong cách bé quan tâm và hỗ trợ khách thật sự làm trải nghiệm của mình tốt hơn rất nhiều. Cảm ơn bé Ân vì sự tận tâm và dễ thương trong suốt thời gian mình ở quán. Chắc chắn lần sau quay lại mình vẫn sẽ rất vui nếu được bé phục vụ! ❤️☕️

  This is the only place I've found that feels like I'm back in Vietnam. The food is great, the drinks are delicious, everyone is super nice, and there is a hustle and bustle to it that feels familiar from my trips to Vietnam. I find myself going here weekly to "escape" Houston.

  The service was extremely bad. We first walked in and the employees didn’t greet us at all and just stared at us. We sat down and were given a menu. After 30 mins sitting there, no one came to take our order. We came on a weekday and it was pretty empty inside with few customers. Although there were about 10 employees walking around and doing nothing, some of them were talking and even eating but not a single person checked on us and acknowledged us. We felt as if this place doesn't really need their customers so we returned the menu and walked out, the employees didn’t say anything back and it seemed like they had no idea what just happened. This was the first time I've experienced service like this. The atmosphere was so strange the moment we walked in, it almost felt as though our presence were unexpected and we were invisible once we sat down. I guess it it quite unusual for Trung Nguyen Legend to actually have customers to show up and expect to order at the tables. Please train your staff better.

  I was very surprised by the level of customer service we received at such a large store. When we walked in, there were around three to four staff members at the front counter, but no one greeted us or asked what we needed. Instead, a woman in a pink shirt sat us down at a table, handed us menus, and then walked away. We sat there for a while, but no one came to take our order or even offer us some water as a courtesy. After about 30 minutes, we decided to go back to the front desk to return the menus and leave. As we were walking out, the staff just stared at us without saying a word. It’s quite questionable because the store wasn’t very busy. There were about ten staff members around, some even sitting at nearby tables and eating. So, why couldn’t they serve us properly as paying customers?
