  Family outing here today and we had a great time. Started off with a game of pool on the bottom floor, followed by 90 minutes of golf. ⛳️ Food and drinks were timely, hot and enjoyable. Monique was very helpful when we needed a last minute change and our server, *Snedoku?) was nice and efficient.

  We had such a great experience at Topgolf! We made our reservation online, and the whole process was super easy and organized. Right when we pulled up, we received a text letting us know to check in when we arrived, which made everything smooth and stress free. Once we checked in, we were taken to our bay really fast with hardly any wait time. Our server was amazing, attentive, friendly, and checked on us often without being overbearing. The food and drinks came out quickly, and the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and perfect for hanging out with family or friends. A few tips for anyone going: * Make a reservation online ahead of time, especially on weekends. * Check your texts when you arrive because the check in system makes things much quicker. * If you’re new to golf, don’t worry it’s fun for all skill levels. * The bays are comfortable even if it’s hot outside because they have fans and shade.

  Topgolf was fun to play. There was some issues with the fans that the managers apologized for. We had asked for the second floor but it wasn't available even though most of the bays were empty. The waiter was excellent and attentive no complaints on service whatsoever. The elevator did not work but there was no sign to show it wasn't working. The staff did say that if you needed the elevator they could guide you through the staff elevator instead.

  That was one horrible experience. Went there with a group today. Below average food. The cheese sauce was horrible. The bone out chicken wings flavoring was horrible— too salty and overly seasoned. The ice tea was completely watery. (That is so bad when the ice tea is horrible.) Little assistance: Did not show us what to do or how things should flow or how to get started. Did not facilitate the process. It would have been great for they had done check-in’s and looked at our golfing. The whole customer experience was absolutely shabby. 1030 Memorial Brook Drive, Houston Texas

  As a first time customer to top golf my service experience was terrible once i left the front desk. The guy at the front was nice but as soon as we went to sit down our server Mikayla didn’t come for at least the first 10 minutes and when she did finally she spoke under her breath with an attitude and when i asked about what all came with the nachos she snatched the menu opened it up and pointed at it. When the nachos came out we had to send them back because they looked like something i would give my dog. The last 2 minutes of our game she came and said “y’all closing out or staying another hour” her entire demeanor was just so uninviting. she even started cleaning the table and moving our chairs as soon as we stood up we couldn’t even step away from the table first. Maybe she was having a bad day so we did give as much grace as possible but it gets to a point. That experience alone with her was enough to make me not recommend nor come back.
