  They messed up the order 3 times for my steak and brought the sides after everyone was done eating. This was for the prefix menu!!! And it took over 2 hours to get the food!

  We visited The Palm with a large party to celebrate a special occasion, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Our reservation was at 7:00 p.m., but our food did not arrive until almost 9:30 p.m. A nearly three-hour wait for dinner is simply unacceptable, especially at a restaurant of this caliber. Several of us ordered the lobster bisque, which arrived cold and was extremely salty. To the server’s credit, it was replaced with a beef soup that was at least served hot, although it was not what I originally ordered. We also requested bread several times before it was finally brought to the table, and unfortunately, it was cold as well. Something as simple as providing bread should not require repeated requests. The staff apologized for the slow service, which I appreciated, but an apology does not make up for the excessive wait and disappointing food. When you choose a restaurant like The Palm for a special celebration, you expect quality food, attentive service, and an enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, that was not our experience tonight. I understand that restaurants can have challenging evenings, particularly with large parties, but a reservation should mean that the restaurant is prepared to accommodate its guests. We expected much better.

  We had an awesome dinner at The Palm! The shrimp sauté was easily one of the highlights of the meal, the shrimp were perfectly cooked and the sauce was so good we didn’t want to leave any behind. Kaylee, our waitress, made the experience even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of the entire night. Great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we sat down, her hospitality was polished, attentive, and genuinely warm. She navigated the menu with absolute precision, offering spot-on recommendations for cuts and wine pairings without ever making the table feel rushed. The pacing of the meal was flawless—cocktails stayed topped off, courses arrived seamlessly, and every detail was anticipated before we even had to ask. Great steaks are expected at a venue like The Palm, but service of Heather’s caliber is what turns a good lunch into an unforgettable afternoon. Ask for her section—you will be in the best possible hands.
