  They have the ac off on purpose due to the homeless,also they ignore you expecting you to order in the kiosk instead of engaging like real humans do..along ignoring customers who dont understand the kiosk they lack common courtesy....very wierd..

  Make sure if you come to this location thirsty and ask for a complementary water that you have 35 cents . Me and a friend stopped just to get a tiny cup of faucet water and they charged us and came to the window saying we were 2 cents short we thought that was for both cups but the manager came to the window with the other cup asking for another 35 cents I stated that I thought they were free anyway because they are complementary she said we are paying for the tiny plastic cup so I said I didn't have any more Change on me and she slammed the window and kept the second water. That was rude and her attitude was not polite at all very disrespectful please fix customer service at this location.

  the atmosphere is horrible no AC in the lobby. they placed my order and it got made at the incorrect location, I ended up not getting my food or my $10 credit. horrible. the young man tried to help me. but there was only so much you can do. I contacted customer service via email. I'm very dissatisfied
