  No pierdan el tiempo visitando esta localidad. El Servicio es Menos que pésimo. Las "Customer Service" te dan la orden mal y literalmente pelean que lo hicieron todo bien! Ordenes incompletas y me dicen que me quiero llevar mas comida de Gratis! Falta de Respeto y mediocridad abunda en este establecimiento. Esta localidad necesita Gerencia Inmediata!

  This place needs to be operated by someone different. To forget half of someones order and then attempt to sell them something you know you are out of is ridiculous and sad. How are you able to get away with this over and over I have no idea but I will not be wasting my time trying to give this place any business anymore and if you are smart please take heed to this review cause it is not a joke and this isnt the first time I just thought they would have gotten better after the first time I cut up behind my money. It's not like you are giving away something for free people are paying for this.

  Big shout out to Kiara!!! I appreciate her above and beyond customer service; by being confirming to deliver “hot fresh out the grease”chicken strips for the avocado bacon crispy chicken burrito and taco. I returned to get the same dish (I was craving, it was amazing when she made it) when she wasn't here on taco Tuesday. And it's was nasty taste like a day old. I reported it to Julio who invited me back to get it redone. Kiara was present and replaced it with HOT FRESHLY chicken. (Even when team members Juanita R. tried offering hour old chicken. Even after I explain in great detail and her manager confirmed with me that she’ll make it fresh, which was a bit disturbing). I felt great when Kiara spoke up and continue to make it fresh as I requested. Kiara made fresh to order, and replaced the taco with a chalupa. Which now she has upsold me on chalupas. I will be purchasing this from this day forward. Ps. Taco Bell owner if you're reading this. You need to repair the AC in the kitchen space. The team members are working hard to present this establishment with grace and is difficult to do when you're physically uncomfortable in 93 degrees indoor temperatures while COOKING which creates even more heat. Theirs no way the kitchen air conditioner should be down an entire week in the month of August in Texas heat. Juanita R. continued offering 12 minutes OLD chicken. (Juanita continue to be argumentative trying to give me old food that I refuse), even after Kiara told her “don’t worry I’ll make it fresh for you” and proceeded to make it fresh. Now I know why my food come out nasty cold, old, & burnt tasting when Juanita do it) ((Juanita customer service is incompetent and unprofessional. Juanita is very hostile when customers & team members is only aiming to get a solution.)) 9-4-26. Juanita lock the doors and turned the lights off before 9:34PM. Juanita and employees who didn’t speak English hid in dark lobby. When they saw me she put the lights back on. View phones.
