Placed order on line and requested No Black Beans and add Refried Beans and extra chicken. I paid for these changes. I pick up my order and when I get to work to eat , no extra chicken and black beans underneath the refried beans. Wow instead of remaking my order correctly they just covered up the black beans with refried beans. Wow horrible customer service!

The attitude at the drive thru is unnecessary, Rude and obnoxious. Never gave them a reason to be disrespectful. It’s clear these people hate their job, and they’re taking their frustrations out on the customers. Treat them, the way they treat you.

Hear me out, this so simple - My elderly mother likes 1 or 2 regular hard beef taco with tomatoes. No sour cream. Despite using every possible way to submit my order, if i indicate a regular taco add tomatoes, i get a supreme. Even with the detailed order options submitted by the app or the Kiosk, i still get supremes. And if I explain it to an employee to their face, I’ll still get a supreme. So i had to get smarter. I start order regular tacos. No adjustments. Just add a tomatoes as a side. So i go to the app i place the order ( note a side of tomatoes became unavailable through the kiosk/app recently) despite that i venture forward. Im at the drive through. I tell them my name and say i want a side of tomatoes with my pick up. She confirms the side of tomatoes and tells me to pull forward. At the window she gives me my drink and i wait…and wait. Some sort of commotion is going with the computer. Finally i get my food. As she hands me my food i ask. Did i get my side of tomatoes? Shes says its in the bag. I drive home. First, 4 bags of cinnamon twists are not in the bag as well as the side of tomatoes. Second, every supreme taco/chalupa that should have tomatoes, was tomato-less. I couldn’t believe it. How had that happened? I made no indication in the app order those tacos where to be tomato-less. All i ever want is tomatoes on a regular hard beef taco. Im appalled by the shear stupidity and fear for our future. I’ll spend a little more gas to go to the better Taco Bell on hwy6. Never had a problem there! EVER!
