  We had a VERY rude server who not only didn't hear our full order, but also spoke extremely rude to us. He smack talked and claimed we "didn't fully clarify our order" when we spoke up loudly while he was mumbling

  Service is horrible at this location, If I could I would give it zero stars. I just take the extra 5 minute drive to the Copperfield location

  I guess I can't make an order at the counter! I am just gonna stand here and wait to see how long it will take for anyone to help.

  If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute WORST customer service ever! Rude, ignorant, and downright hostile. I've tried drive-thru (literally cant hear anything because of the road noise and the person working the drive-thru refused to raise her voice even slightly so I could hear her) and going inside. Either way they are shockingly bad. I am inside right now, against my better judgment, and we just got our order. The fries are solid cold... like rocks. Disgusting!
