  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this location. I ordered 5 plain nuggets without Diablo seasoning for my 3‑year‑old child. Instead, they gave me the wrong nuggets—so spicy that my child immediately said they were too hot. When I tasted one myself, it was obvious the order was completely incorrect. I went back right away, calmly explained the issue, and handed the food back. The employee took it to the manager, who opened the box, pointed out that one nugget had been eaten, and rudely said he would “only replace four.” Instead of apologizing for their mistake, he acted as if I was the problem. At that point, I asked for a refund. The manager—who identified himself as Angel—took my receipt, processed the refund, and then refused to return my original receipt, which is absolutely unacceptable. He printed a different slip with no company information and scribbled “VOID” across it. As someone with customer service management experience, I know this is not standard practice and raises serious concerns. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. I remained calm the entire time, but he escalated the situation with disrespect and zero accountability. This was a simple correction for a child’s meal, and instead it turned into a display of how poorly this location is managed. If this is the level of customer service they consider acceptable, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I will not be returning.

  As a city worker I had seconds to stop in and use the restroom today. I live a minute away from Taco Bell (so I'm always there) but being that I was on the clock I couldn't just go home. I also urgently had to go so since I've always stopped there I didn't think it would've been an issue. Again I'm on the clock, If had time to order I would but I didn't. They literally made me pay for something to use the restroom and wait for the order, absurd if you ask me. You see im in uniform and I didn't have the time. I think it's nasty work to make someone pay for something they don't want just to use the restroom. Hace a little curtesy. Robbery at its finest. You lost a customer for that.

  It’s unbelievable how the employees would not allow me to use the restroom! It is very urgent and no matter how I told them I would order afterwards, they didn’t care! Finally I had to put $10 on the encounter to have access to their restroom. When I came out I saw the food and the change there on the counter. They ordered it for me. I told them that this is the only place that had such experience! I said I would write a letter, to my surprise, they said they don’t care! It is the company policy! Ok, customers, avoid Taco Bell for their unloving policy!
