  I really only come here once every month and order off of the app, so I don’t really interact with the staff. From what I’ve experienced though, I’d say they’re nice people. Every time I order, my food is soooughh good too 🤤

  I came to this Taco Bell restaurant to day hello to a person I know, but unfortunately she was not there. I asked could I use the restroom, the young lady proceeded to tell me I had to buy something and I did, she just POINTED and with a wave like she did not care at the Kiosk. The restroom had no toilet paper, luckily I carry wipes on me. I toled the young lady and she just OKAYED me. She did not apologize or anything to make me feel better about the situation. I took my food and mind you it was a taco and a sauce. I went back inside for the sauce and I asked for the sauce that I clearly ordered from the kiosk and she could have reached and handed me one and again she pointed and waived, “get it from there” I told her about her attitude and she should work on her customer service skills, because I could be a secret shopper, I could be the CEO of Taco Bell and she treated me like trash. She then said “well I don’t see your badge, and you’re dressed like that 😌 BIG MISTAKE! I asked her for her name because NO ONE was wearing a name tag or a badge themselves. She threatened me and said if I didn’t leave she would call the cops. I said call them.I left telling her God Bless you. Officers have bigger problems to worry about. It would have been a waist. The food was cold but edible enough to eat. Now I usually walk away from all this nonsense but I don’t want it to happen to anyone else because she could have gotten another type of person and maybe the police would have been called. The older person (no badge) looked a bit more caring but again no badges no names. I asked for the manager and they all ignored me and I gave them a minute to think and no one responded. This was the most horrible experience at a Taco Bell I have ever had. Please do something before they get real people that will not walk away the way I did and make a google report
