  Fast easy and I didnt eat the food but I didnt get a complaint, from someone that usually that speak up about it.

  Food is good, day time staff is great , and quick. Late night shift very slow and unorganized. I am not happy to wait 30 minutes in a drive thru for 1 item. very unnecessary and slow. They are playing around and laughing in the kitchen while not taking orders

  It should not take 45 minutes to get your food. That defeats the purpose of “fast food”. Get more staff, this is ridiculous. Everyone going in and leaving is clearly pissed off. You place a mobile order, it says your food is ready and you’re told to come inside to then wait longer.

  Terrible service! No one EVER greets you or talks to you so you’re just standing at the counter for 20-30 minutes. Get all new staff, like seriously. As a customer and doordasher, frustrating and I’m never getting orders from here again.

  I don't like that you need to ask staff to electronically unlock the bathroom door. I understand that it is probably to keep homeless people out, but it is very inconvenient for customers. Also, ordering is self service and there is no one attending the front of the restaurant. It seems like staff is not trained on how to interact with customers. Overall poor customer experience.
