  So I ordered a 9$ luxe box no I don't have the receipt but I could of showed proof on my account if the manager wasn't so rude. I called as soon as u bit in the wrap and realized it didn't have ANY TOSTADAS even apologized didn't get her name but she was nice. So when I came back the next day the workers were willing to give me another crunch wrap they remembered me but THE SHORT DARKER SKIN WITH BLONDE HAIR LADY which was a manager wouldn't give me another crunch wrap because I didn't have a picture. SHE WAS SO RUDE come on taco bell do better

  Ordered on the app, got to the speaker and the young lady was nice and said pull forward. Had my 85 year old grandfather with me and had all intentions of ordering more food then some guy came on the speaker with an attitude rushing me to pull forward, even though the young lady had everything under control. So I said forget it and pulled forward. The young lady at the window was very nice but then some guy with another headset came to the window staring like he was ready to fight or something. He had his angry face on and was trying to intimidate my family and I. Not sure why he was so mad. He was a very, very short Hispanic guy with short hair. I ordered 14 hard shell tacos and all of them came broken. Didn’t even give me a box, just a bag. I think they were broken on purpose. I even asked for mild sauce and only got Diablo sauce, I guess to stick it to me. Poor customer service for a newly built Taco Bell restaurant. Didn’t eat any tacos cause didn’t know if the short angry guy spit in them.

  New taco bell concept building nice for the area friendly worker and good fresh food it's really about a good Mgr and good teamwork 👍

  This is easily one of the best taco bells in Houston. If you're grading on the same curve for elevated dining then yeah, you're not going to be pleased.

  The love of God please do not eat here I have been sick since April 3rd 2026 from severe salmonella poisoning after eating a three cheese chicken flat bread melt. 2 weeks later I still can't eat and I'm still so sick. Oh yeah also the severe dehydration caused a kidney stone on my right side. I've contacted a lawyer who is taking my case on the matter. I literally almost died my blood pressure got so low from dehydration. Health department has also been contacted.
