  Very bad. $11 protein bowl..with no darn meat...just low quality salad loaded in ans a teaspoon of guacamole 🤦🏽‍♀️

  Normally great and hot food. Crunch wrap tastes like the tortilla/taco is old and cold. Literally couldn't finish it. I've always ordered beef but she made chicken, I agreed to it but was definitely the worst decision ever. I would've been better off making noodles at home. 😭 Despite of this mistake they guy working the drive thru had great customer service and was helpful.

  I ordered online the Taco Bell app and went to the Taco Bell drived through to pick it up. Yeah, when I got there they had said the order didn't go through but I take screenshots every time I take an order because things like this happens then, one of the female managers I didn't catch her name. started to get a little frustrated I tried to explain it that the app was not working. But it took the money out of my account and I showed her the proof, unfortunately, all she told me was that. She couldn't make it because it didn't go through on her side. Then, she went back to work. And another employee came up to me, her name was Rosa, very sweet lady. She came up to me and helped me figuring out it and i got my food, and she was showing MAS at its finest with the greatest hospitality and kindness, I have seen in a while. I will definitely come back. "thank you rosa."
