  Hello, My name is Morris Patin, and I’ve been eating at Taco Bell about 3–4 times a week for the past three months. I have never been as offended by an experience as I was today at one of your locations. I asked the employee at the counter for a cup of water, and he told me they were no longer allowed to give out water cups. I explained that I was not asking for an empty cup to fill myself — I was simply asking for a cup of water. He then doubled down and told me he could charge me $1.50 for the cup. I regularly eat at the Taco Bell location near my house, almost daily, and they have always provided water without an issue. Because of how I was treated today, I will not be eating at another Taco Bell location again. If someone does choose to contact me regarding this matter, I would prefer to speak with someone from corporate directly. This particular restaurant no longer deserves my attention.   I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location today. The crew was noticeably rude, and the service felt rushed and careless. The person preparing my order literally dumped the fries straight into the bag without any care, which made the food messy and unappetizing. I don’t expect perfection, but basic courtesy and proper food handling should be standard. I hope management addresses this, because this location can do much better.

  It was easy to order and pay, the waiting was les then 10 minutes, the food delicious, the place was veri nice, awesome experience.
