  It's so hit and miss it's insane! I think it's lazy as hell that it's about 6 or 7 people in there at a time working but you have to order on the kiosk that's trifling! With those same people that's in the back working...who aren't taking orders. You still have to wait on your drinks. They lock the bathroom, which I'm sure is illegal...being that it's a restaurant. Now, the two times I've been there in the last couple of weeks...the food was fresh. First time the tacos were worth their price, the second time the tacos were extremely skimpy! That's a problem because NOTHING is cheap these days. The staff is a little rude but I digress and ever again!!! Y'all I'll stay safe out there!!

  Today at approximately 1430 hours I stopped at this location and walked in to place my order. There was a young man on duty at the front counter. Two women and the manager also. The young man in question was named Scott I believe. African American male. What I saw was shocking. His nails were long ragged and underneath each nail was a thick dark substance. I paid for my order. He was not preparing the food thank God. Once I paid for my order I sat down to eat it. I know the cooks and food preparing personnel have to wear gloves however those nails and hygiene was repulsive. Should I contact the Houston Health Dept. I feel that it is the managers fault. What is the appearance policy for and hygiene for Taco Bell. That was nasty
