  Disappointing experience at this location. I was surprised to be charged for a small cup of water from the fountain machine, which I have never encountered at any other locations. It feels like cost-cutting has gone too far when even basic requests like water are handled this way. Unfortunately, even the supervisor did not make any effort to address the concern. This policy leaves customers with no choice but to purchase a drink or bottled water. I hope the service standards improve to match Taco Bell Level. However, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location

  I visited this location may 17 around 7pm i promptly called and advised the manager on duty I was missing a couple of things and my Cinnabon delights were cold in the middle. Forgive me for not asking her name, but I have 5 kids I was trying to get home. Today I go to the store just for the few things that were wrong and after the sweet young lady at the window got the manager on duty *who refused to provide me with her name* she was rude from the time she walked up to the window! She said what the problem. I explained to her the manager I spoke with advised me she printed out the receipt and left it in the office with a note of what was wrong. She asked for the reciept I gave her the sticker from the bag and reciept. After the manager had the reciept in her hand she ask what day did you come? I said I’m sorry I don’t rember but if you tell me the date off the reciept I will look on my phone. She asked again no ma’am the date? After me asking for the reciept back she walks away. When she comes back she asked to sign a reciept and kept my original and current reciept. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name or the reciept back and stated I gave you your food you don’t need my name or the reciept mind you I spent over $30 to begin with for my food to be wrong and the manager rude. *only posting photo since she refused to provide name and receipt*
