  I went to Subway last night for dinner, and honestly, I don’t understand how this location is still in business. There was only one employee working, which I can understand happens sometimes, but the customer service was terrible. No greeting, no “Can I help you?” — he just stared at me. I even tried making conversation, and all I got was blank stares back. There were absolutely no interpersonal or customer service skills. I stayed because I hoped maybe the food quality would make up for it, but unfortunately it didn’t. The bread tasted undercooked and the overall food quality was mediocre at best. The cleanliness was another issue. The tables were dirty, food was scattered around, and the whole store looked neglected. Since there were no other customers inside, you would think the employee would at least be cleaning or maintaining the dining area, but instead he was sitting in the back on his phone. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from the service to the food to the cleanliness. I won’t be returning to this location.

  Food isn't fresh and I don't mean an item or two I actually mean nearly everything seems old. Bad on my end to see how poor the food quality looks and still try it but sadly I did and it was horrible. Horrible food quality but good customer service from the employees .

  Worst subway I’ve ever eaten … I went today may 10th …every ingredient is rotten and the restaurant is dirty and it stinks.. wasted my money here and I want a refund . The lady couldn’t even toast my sandwich right. She burned it. And she over charged me for one of the sandwiches

  I go to the Clear Lake CB location regularly and have liked all who work there. Lately the employees seem miserable. I order online and grab my order from the pickup shelf unit. For the last couple of months the unit is away from the counter requiring the employees to hand the sandwich to the customer. Today I go to pick up my sandwich and the employee continues to build sandwiches for another online order. He completely ignored me. I finally asked why the shelf unit was against the wall making me wait for my sandwich. "They want us to interact with online customers". I order online so I don't need to interact. The interaction was so bad I will NEVER go to this location again. Today's sandwiches had lettuce so wilted, I couldn't eat it. I'll go to Jersey Mike's from now on. The sandwiches and employees are better.
