  They seem as though they can't read because they never make my sandwich the way I order it online. Why have to option to customize it if they aren't even going to acknowledge it. I would have took it back to get a refund but I didn't have enough time that's why I ordered ahead of time.

  Hair in the cheese when I came in to get my sandwich I was working Security near the store and I was going to eat in the store but I asked if I could go check on my posts and get a refill when I came back and she said yes When I came back, they had the door locked during operating hours When the lady let me in, she said I needed to pay for another drink and I'll let her know that the young lady told me that I could come right back. It was OK that's when she started to go back-and-forth with me. She was extremely rude. there's unsanitary conditions at this store And she told me that the other lady did not speak any English and she was just telling me, yes to everything

  Come here twice a week and they never disappoint. Super friendly, super fast, and they remember me which is always nice..

  Waited in a line with 3 ppl ahead they took like 7 minutes for each. Finally my turn to order and a togo appears. They proceed to make the togo order. Take like 10 minutes then when I asked them to add bacon they add 2 little slices of bacon to my foot long despite ordering lettuce spinach 3 types of meat and other my sandwich looks thin; The fact that they were specting a tip absurd

  Had ordered a Footlong Cheesy Garlic sub🥖 and on a previous day a Salad 🥗 Chicken & Bacon Ranch. Enjoyed both! Will order again and try the other Steak subs! Sat in and it's fairly quiet late evening. Plus it's open late!
