Four of the sandwiches were made with the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, but all four had bread that was stale and hard. The bread was so tough that we couldn’t even enjoy the sandwiches and ended up throwing them away. After spending a significant amount of money on the order, it was extremely frustrating for the food to be in such poor condition. This was a complete waste and not the quality I expected. I hope the store takes better care to ensure their bread is fresh so other customers don’t have the same experience.
