  The sign on the door and there are a Google map profile says that they open at 8 AM. It’s 830 and no one‘s here and the door is locked.

  Every time I go they always say their system is down/ isn’t working to accept them, it’s been like this for months, even for over the app orders. On the app it says their location is available and accepting orders, and when you place the order it goes through as if it’s accepted but when you arrive they look at you lost when you mention an online order, then for them to tell you your order wasn’t recieved and they can’t cancel it on their end. I asked when their system will be up and running they didn’t know what to say that it’s been down since they started working.

  I placed an order through the Subway app, but when I arrived at the store, the hispanic ladies (who can’t speak english properly) told me their system was down and they couldn’t prepare my order. They said I would receive a refund within an hour, but I never got it. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

  This subway is horrible. I put in my online order at 12:50pm for later at 3:50pm. When I walked into the establishment I was not greeted. The worker behind the counter spoke little to no English. I told them I have an online order and they acted like I was stealing the order. I proceeded to tell them my order number with kindness but they are rude. I finally got my food and was asking the ladies names. The worker “Maria” and “Sophia” they are rude and I will be making a complaint to corporate.

  Ive been going to this Subway for many many years for lunch and at times for dinner. It has gone thru new ownership and management. This Subway may not have the newest look but it is Friendly, Courteous and Clean. These Negative Reviewers are just who they are: NEGATIVE PEOPLE. These employees are just doing their job and taking pictures of employees is just childish too. If you do not like a service or business, just do not return. Its Quite Simple! Writing reviews just do not hurt businesses, it is also a reflection of who you truly are! Slow down to evaluate life, foster creativity, and determining what truly matters. It’s a moment to embrace change and personal growth. God Bless!
