  Hands down worst subway ever. They don’t tell you they’re out of things until you’ve ordered and shown up. Asked for a different sandwich since they were out of the Italian herbs and cheese bread, was told they were unable to make another sandwich. Then asked for a refund since I wouldn’t be eating said sandwich, was told they don’t have any money in the register. I paid via card. Shouldn’t have been a hard deal. Wasted 30 min lunch and still had to find food. No cups, minimal ingredients, shameful being in the area it’s in. Get it together

  I placed a DoorDash order, and I wanted to call the restaurant that I wanted extra pickles. Called 10 times and still no answer never ordered from here again 👎🏽

  I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this has been a consistent experience and it’s honestly frustrating. Every time I come to this location, the employees seem annoyed from the start. Even just asking for basic things like wheat bread or lettuce—nothing extra—they act like it’s a hassle. It feels like they’re completely put out just doing their job, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. I’ve tried to give this place multiple chances, thinking maybe it was just a one-off, but it’s been the same attitude every time. There’s just no friendliness or basic customer service, and it makes you not want to come back. On top of that, the ingredients don’t always look fresh, which doesn’t help. When the service already feels off, that just makes the overall experience worse. And to add to it, when I do ask for something simple like extra cucumbers, they act even more annoyed and barely add any. It’s just frustrating all around. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but after dealing with this repeatedly, I’m about done coming here. It doesn’t matter what time of the day, it consistently has been this experience from 11 am to 8pm at night. I really hope management takes this seriously because it wouldn’t take much to improve the experience.

  Very disappointed I ordered veggie foot long on 4/27/26 @ around 1 pm The guy literally sprinkled veggies in my sandwich Usually you can see all veggies in the fold , I can normally eat only half and save other half for later Today even after eating full footlong, I am not full The sandwich was paperthin
