    Approximately 11:30 my sandwich was purchased. My order was written and read to the lady behind the counter. My order was supposed to be a turkey sandwich on wheat with light mayo and light mustard, american cheese, spinach, lettuce, black olives, and cucumbers. When I got back to the office, I unwrapped my sandwich & found that I was given a sloppily made tuna sandwich loaded with mayonaise and mustard, 4 spinach leaves, 2 1/2 cucumber slices, red onion and, a pinch of olives. The main problem was that I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LIKE SUBWAY'S TUNA. Approximately 11:45, I drove to the OST store with the sandwich, waited in line and asked for it to be remade. The lady behind the counter insisted that "It's not my problem". I repeatedly told her that I wanted pavo not tuna. She insisted that it was my friend's mistake. After I said "pavo" she spoke to me entirely in spanish. I'm like ma'am I just want a sandwich that I can eat. She repeated in spanish that "it's not my problem" I asked to speak to the manager, she said that she is the manager. I said if you're the manager, don't you believe in customer service. I asked for a reprint of the receipt, she said she couldn't do it. I asked her for the corporate number, she refused to offer any information. There was so much back and forth. The she stated that she wasn't the manager. At this point I confused about her position. I just ended up purchasing another sandwich, took a picture of the sandwich that I left at the counter, then left the building. I don't have a receipt for the 1st purchase which was a total of 3 sandwiches. I do have the receipt of the repurchase. I don't know the rude servers name but, the receipt says I was served by: 8988 4/24/2026 12:16:07 pm

    Marianne is rude. Threw my chips, rollers her eyes cause I wanted extra pickles! Then when I told her what I wanted, she took her time assembling my food! I work At pls where I take customers! Day in and day out! I don’t give customers rude attitudes and act like just cause we’re about to close, that means I could be rude! I gave her the coupon and she told me “do it yourself”. I didn’t have to spend my money on the frozen and bad looking vegetables she gave me! I will be in touch with corporate

    Not hygienic 🤦🏾you guys need to start asking people they’re names order numbers before passing food out how you mad you gave my sandwich away and won’t remake it very unprofessional need better workers immediately

    .The lady was not listening when making my wrap 🌯 ....I was hungry it was my lunch. Very frustrating when she didn't listen to what I was saying to her...doing cross contamination with meats, wearing gloves but touching other things among making food. Food Safety first not just doing a job to get paid. Sandwhich artist got frustrated took my food and shamed it down. Didn't service me at all. All I wanted the lady to do is lay the cheese and meat how I wanted it but she failed to do that. Listening to the customer means more to me then anything. Please provide additional training to your workers and make sure they are very fluent with more than one language so understanding is better. This was a bad experience never coming to this location again. I will not spend my money here.
