I used to like this subway, but today was the worst experience that you can get, I order online to pick up, I ordered 4 footlongs, 2 small sodas (1 Dr pepper and 1 lemonade) amd 1 poppi drink, 6 cookies and when I get there to pick up my order, it wasn't ready, I waited to long, then the lady said that the fountain drinks doesn't work for "my dr pepper drink" I told her that it was 1 dr. Pepper, 1 lemonade and 1 poppi can drink, she said that the ticket had just 1 drink, I told her to check the ticket again that was 3 drinks in total, then they didn't want to change my drinks, I told them that the poppi drink has the same price as the sodas that I ordered, and if I can exchange the drinks for the poppi cans, to get 3 cans, also that it has the same price, they said no, because they have different name on the sistem, they made a call and they said that I can exchange the drinks, then I ask for my 6 cookies, and they said I didn't ordered cookies, I show them my receipt and the old lady was mad at me then she reprinted my order ticket to make sure I did order the cookies, thent I told her that I wanted chocolate chips cookies and she said they don't have chocolate chips, I told her that I needed my money back and she said no, that she can't do that, then she told me to get different cookie, At that point I was so disappointed and she told me that why I did not went there earlier that in the morning they had a lot o chocolate chips, "I was like" ¿uh? so do I have to go to buy subway at a exact time? There was flies buy the way, if the fountain drink thing doesn't work, is not the client's fault, you have to have a choice for them, no just said I that you can't make a exchange or make a refund, my total was almost $61 for the worst experience, the sandwiches tasted as fish
