  They clock your order so they don’t get dinged and then make you wait 30 minutes when there is not a whole lot of people. When I called they lady just had attitude. Yall staff needs to do better and have a class on customer service. The young lady that brought our food was super nice but thats about it.

  For some reason kids meals have not come with toys for a while now despite the menu saying it comes with one. Bummer for the kids. Other locations have apologized and accommodated when we ask about it but this location can obviously care less: A young girl named “Kately” claimed to be the manager and when we asked if we could get something in place of the toy, like a small kids ice cream as others have offered, she quickly replied with “this isn’t Chik-fil-a, we aren’t rich”. Honestly couldn’t believe my ears. She doesn’t know the first thing about customer service because whether there is a replacement item or not, what manager talks like that? Talk about an embarrassment to the establishment. The owner here needs to raise their standards because what a joke.

  Food came out in about ten seconds. old food. Fries were old as hell. Got home and realized they gave me a single when I ordered a double. Low key ruined my night after working a long day but who cares right? Right. I know working there sucks because these corporations care about no one, but damn I don't think I'm asking much, I just want what I paid for. Also their customer service online is non existent. They'll ask you to put the store location and it "doesn't exist". for sure.
