  Came here on 9-19-2026 at 9.00pm I ordered a number 3 for my daughter. Long story short black lady with curly kind of orange hair just seems to be very rude in taking the order and taking her sweet time for one order. She came to bring me my order and was very rude I told her thank you have a good kid t and she just walked off not saying anything nor didn’t want to give me my receipt. Very rude staff

  I ordered my food ,they were busy . If you have promotions i understand i waited patiently .Then my order was taken . I selected cash on the screen and wait for my food .Then he comes out n i hand him cash n he says tgey have no change wtw ??? So i waited 3x's and no food😡😡😡

  Every time I've come here in the last 2 years, it's the only sonic that had given me issues. Stalls are beat up and don't work. Have to repeat myself 5 times to get the right item. Food poisoning. The drinks are messed up like they don't know how to mix or get the ratios right. I can go on. It's worth the extra 10 minutes to go to the other locations

  They clock your order so they don’t get dinged and then make you wait 30 minutes when there is not a whole lot of people. When I called they lady just had attitude. Yall staff needs to do better and have a class on customer service. The young lady that brought our food was super nice but thats about it.
