  Ordered two drinks and a sonic blast on the app 20 minutes after they opened. Waited 30 minutes in the car with no one coming out. Had my boyfriend call the place, no answer. Finally he goes to the front only to find out the only worker there doesn't speak English. She tells him (via translator) that they ran out of ice cream... And if I would like anything else. Only reason I came to sonic cause I was craving their ice cream 😭 tell him no and just wait for our drinks. Finally got them but the refresher I got was the sparkling one not the frozen one. So in the end, didn't get my ice cream, didn't get my frozen refresher and the drink tasted like @ss so I don't know how likely I'll be coming back to this Sonic. Highly disappointing

  The food was fresh and hot. The cheddar peppers were molten lava hot so be careful when you eat them. Credit card payments were out of order at the stall I was in, but the runner had a CC machine on him so it wasn't an issue. We weren't given any napkins, that's a big deal when eating greasy food. Everything else was fine, not amazing but on par with other fast food joints. The best part was the Blue Coconut Cream Slush. I highly recommend grabbing one of those.

  Have given this location several chances but it’s been one bad experience after another. Orders made incorrectly, waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins until we finally had to just leave, pulled up with 10 mins to spare before closing and they refused to serve us. Not to mention the cleanliness issues we see every time. So done with this location. Drive the road to another location.

  trust the reviews when they say the avg wait is 20+ minutes… my online order eta was 6:36 pm it’s 7:06 pm and i’m still waiting… absolute worst location i’ve ever been to, press the red button to get “gimme one sec” which never got a response! the employees definitely mark the orders as “done” to inflate their turn around time numbers to make it not look so bad in front of corporate.

  I’m only posting two stars because I know that they’re harder to remove than one star reviews to say this establishment has poor customer service is understatement. We arrived there asked for ice and they informed us that this location does not sell any, bummer but we decided to order food anyway. We got to the front window and were greeted by a younger Individual he gave me my soda. I took a sip from it, place it down and then soon after I realized it was leaking the entire central console was filled with soda. We tried asking for another one he informed us he could not give us one and refuse to throw it away so allegedly it ended up on the ground. Around 20 minutes later, he came and gave us our food and informed us that we are now trespassed from the location despite there being no police presence to even write a formal statement or they’re being any reason for trespassing. There was no manager who could handle the situation and I highly doubt this boy was the manager on site due to this individual looking to be a teenager in high school . Honestly, if I were you, I wouldn’t come to this location due to the poor customer service and if your the manager reading this, I recommend you fire the young man.
