  This location is absolutely ridiculous. They take entirely too long just to take your order and prepare your food. There are multiple employees inside, yet it seems like only one person (Ariel) is actually working. This has happened on multiple occasions, and the service has been consistently slow. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. This visit was on September 30, 2026, at approximately 6:15 PM.

  This place needs to be closed. Try to come every now and then because its the closest. Its always nothing but non responsive drive thru and horrible customer service, if they do answer.

  Just left this location because the Manager said Mobile orders only can be placed! Tried to call this location and complain but not a working number!! So on to Whataburger instead!

  I just left this place. We pushed the button ready to order and we didn't get any response from anyone. There was us and another car that was it and they still couldn't do their job. Smh. This location should have just stayed closed. Do better Sonic.

  Ordered ahead of time and waited 15 minutes in the designated a pick up spot. I gave up and went through the drive-through to get my food and instead of bringing it out to the drive-through they were walking around, looking for my car in the pick up spot…. They also, for some reason, gave me a drink caddy for two drinks when I didn’t need one. The lid was not on and it was spilling inside the drink caddy. No napkins in the bag of food and no straw for the one drink that did not spill. It took another 10 minutes to remake my drink. Again, no napkins or and only one straw. The lady that came out to give me the drink was very apologetic and nice. The first person didn’t give a crap.
