  Overall bad experience the last few weeks. The guy taking orders at the drive thru doesn’t understand or speak English. Takes forever with the order taking and gets it wrong all the time. They need to replace him immediately.

  Was told I would have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get food. All I was there for was to get a drink. After 22 minutes, I still hadn't gotten my drink. It doesn't take very long to put ice in a cup and add soda to it. But apparently they have to look up the recipe in order to get that fulfilled. Very slow very rude

  I got a burrito from here and there was hair in my food by time I made it home to eat and when I realized I called to speak to someone but no one answered yall need to be wearing hair nets because that’s very unsanitary.

  ⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Service I worked for Sonic for two years when I was in high school, so I understand how the restaurant operates and what reasonable service should look like. This was easily one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had at a Sonic. I placed a very simple order: a footlong coney, cheese sticks, and a large Ocean Water. I waited 30 minutes, and no one ever came out with my food. What made it even more frustrating was that this location was not busy at all. Thirty minutes for a basic order at a slow location with no communication or explanation is completely unacceptable. I eventually reached the point where I was done waiting. I definitely do not recommend this location, and after this experience, I have no intention of coming back. Management seriously needs to address the service and make sure customers aren’t being left sitting outside wondering where their food is.
