  Idk what’s GENI’S problem but quit yo job if youn like it! She didn’t even greet us when she came out the car and RUDELY sat the tray on my car window andddddd she didn’t even say anything after we grabbed our food because instead on handing us the food she sat the tray on my window for us to grab it. IM TRULY APPALLED because I’ve worked for sonic for 6YEARS & I’ve never seen that type of behavior or attitude. If you can’t smile and be positive then Sonic isn’t the job for you Geni! Beside that the cooks did great I got all my food and sauces so good job for that cooks & expo.

  11:30pm 6/15 came here for a order a blond claw nailed cashier answered once I gave order which was just 1 combo was told mam" u dont have to be rude ". Was actually shocked due to my friendly tone, and immediately stated i was not being rude got called a liar and said "i heard it in your tone you were being rude " Please Sonic teach her to have guest services and some kindness she the only base that guest talk to i had a order myself that due to the nature i did not order. I had someone on the phone shocked at this behavior as well please improve service.

  Such friendly staff here! I will gladly go out of my way just to come here for a strawberry limeade. The property is well maintained too. Keep up the good work, y'all!

  Only Sonic in Cypress Texas it seems, with a valid phone number. This is indicative of good management, as they are able to keep their listed information updated. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you cant even get ahold of the locations
