  Beyond poor service. Waited a ridiculous amount of time for a kids meal. The manager clearly has no sense of urgency or control over her employees. At the drive through I can clearly see a young man in SLIDES AND SOCKS with his wired headphones on and the headphone dangling in the ice bin that is left open. Corporate is a joke, they will take your complaint information and give it to the manager. The manager will then call you and say theres nothing she can do about the issue. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

  If the store if the restaurant is open until midnight then they should take orders until midnight I pulled up at 11:45 with 15 minutes until they close and was told no orders they already cleaned the grill. I drove out of my way to get to a Sonic that was open this late just to be told that they cleaned the grill before closing time

  Taking almost 30 minutes for 4 drinks is insane, and having to give it back to them 3 times because they can't make the drinks is also pathetic. The audacity of one of the workers here claiming I need to read my receipt because supposedly in the app it said my Lemonade was a Limeade. But on my receipt, it still says a Lemonade. Genuinely atrocious service.

  Never… I mean NEVER order curbside! They are super slow! Waited 15 mins just for a slushie. And this isn’t the first time. They’re always so slowwww 🐢
