  Whoever was working the night shift at Sonic on Sunday August 9th needs an actual reality check on customer service, basic comprehension, and what it means to do your job without treating people like an inconvenience. I placed an order. Sonic accepted it. Then they were out of sweet tea. Out of limeade. And clearly out of any work ethic too. Food came out wrong. Both drinks wrong. And then they decided to get rude with the delivery driver who’s just trying to earn a check. Check yourself. I honestly don’t care that much that my order was messed up, but talking down to someone else who’s just doing their job? That’s a different level of low. I’ll be submitting a report to the Harris County health inspectors as well.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Will on top of being allowed to sit in a stall for 10 minutes before somebody made me aware that only the drive-thru is open then I proceeded to sit in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes before I even made it to the window my car died in the process and their night manager came out to tell me to move my truck by myself into a parking spot so that I can get out of the way of the other cars I was not at the window yet so I wasn't interfering with them serving food and when I told the manager that I could not push this large vehicle by myself she proceeded to curse me with very vulgar language and as I sit in their parking lot with my car broke down do you think they offered to serve me my food absolutely not I will never come to this Sonic again and I do plan on calling a supervisor

  I went cus I was hungry & needed a quick bite.The CC screen wasn't working so that made it weird cus the server came & told I had to pay 1st.I let her know the screen didn't give me that option

  Ordered on the mobile app. 2 drinks and a milk shake. We were given someone else's order. We were given 2 blushes and a cup of ice-cream. When we told them they gave us 2 drink which one was the wrong drink and gave us back the cup of ice cream. Honestly dont recommend this sonic.
