  If you go to this fast-food place, don't expect fast service. It's not the employees' fault, but rather due to poor management; they don't have enough staff to handle the lunch rush.

  Service was bad the sundae top fell off in my hands when handed over and got my car dirty they redid it over on a foam cup and placed a cover over it, gave me no ketchup or straw for my drink and no receipt either and the girl looked at me all weird when I had ordered also a bag of ice she gave to me and said that’s all and I go no I need my meal too and she goes oh yeah right with a weird look. Will not be going back to that location

  If I could put 0 stars I would , placed an online order at 11:55 pm it put it to the closest location which was this one , we got there 12:05 and they were closed and refused to make our food, even though our ticket came through before online orders turned off, told us to cancel the order online so we parked attempted to do so when we realized we could not we tried to go back through the drive-through, but realized the lady was getting in her car to leave right as we were doing that come back the next day to try and get it fixed. The weight was forever and even though they had our ticket from last night, they made us show our phone three times , Then did not give us any sauce or the sundae that came with it when we went back to try and ask for it they tried to claim we did not pay for the sauce and only gave us three out of the 16 sauce packets We paid for last night and just gave us a cup of ice cream no toppings we have no time left to deal with this, but this is ridiculous. Not to mention the busted up door, if this location really does close at 12 even though online it says 1 AM. Then they need to turn off their online ordering by 11:45 latest But truthfully, they need to close these doors, especially since their doors are broken anyways, We will be disputing the charge because this is disgusting

  Whoever was working the night shift at Sonic on Sunday August 9th needs an actual reality check on customer service, basic comprehension, and what it means to do your job without treating people like an inconvenience. I placed an order. Sonic accepted it. Then they were out of sweet tea. Out of limeade. And clearly out of any work ethic too. Food came out wrong. Both drinks wrong. And then they decided to get rude with the delivery driver who’s just trying to earn a check. Check yourself. I honestly don’t care that much that my order was messed up, but talking down to someone else who’s just doing their job? That’s a different level of low. I’ll be submitting a report to the Harris County health inspectors as well.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Will on top of being allowed to sit in a stall for 10 minutes before somebody made me aware that only the drive-thru is open then I proceeded to sit in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes before I even made it to the window my car died in the process and their night manager came out to tell me to move my truck by myself into a parking spot so that I can get out of the way of the other cars I was not at the window yet so I wasn't interfering with them serving food and when I told the manager that I could not push this large vehicle by myself she proceeded to curse me with very vulgar language and as I sit in their parking lot with my car broke down do you think they offered to serve me my food absolutely not I will never come to this Sonic again and I do plan on calling a supervisor
