  This location sucks. They won't give you your full order when you place it online. They also refuse to give anyone sauce and try to upcharge everything.

  Arrived at 10:40 PM (closing time is 11:00 PM) and was completely ignored in a stall until closing so staff wouldn’t have to take my order. This wasn’t slow service—it was intentional. If a business is open, customers within operating hours should be served. Unacceptable experience.

  I used to hate coming to this location but ever since they hired Jakobe, my husband and I have a weekly sonic dinner/treat. He has great customer service and goes above and beyond.

  I came to this location today and went to ordered some food and my hamburger was old. The worker was so busy trying to promote her tax business. She went as far as putting her tax business card in my bag. Please see the business card that was in my bag and the business card that was inside my bag as well.
