  This got to be the slowest Sonic on this side of the United States of America been in this drive thru line 10min and it ain’t moved this is horrible what’s going on who is the manager these folks need a training from chic fi la on how to move a line

  The first dirty dirty Dr Pepper they gave me was trash 🚮! When I went back to see if I could get a new one Christi was so generous and kind. It’s people like her tht make the world a better place. Thank you

  Terrible Late-Night Service Experience I placed a mobile order and arrived at one of the stalls, intending to collect my food as I had other hot food from elsewhere. I was only picking up shakes. However, I waited for over 15 minutes before an employee came over the intercom and informed me that I had to proceed through the drive-thru, which had a significantly longer line because they weren’t working the stalls.😡😡😡😡

  Had a problem with the person who was on the speaker he didn't understand what I wanted so I told him to forget it. But the $7.99 deal is great.

  They were slow and rude. I paid in cash and they gave me the incorrect change back and when I questioned them, they told me they didn't have change. I told them, that wasn't my fault, you need to tell me that instead of attempting to take my change. I signaled for the manager and she walked away from the window. Very bad experience....
