  The location was open, but none of the employees were accepting orders. We just got tired of waiting and decided to drive away.

  It took 25 minutes AFTER est Time on mobile order app b4 she even brought *some*of our food. I had to call the store and ask b4 she came that far. She brought only one melted sundae.. had to drive to the window to get the other (even more melted) and food was cold and soggy from sitting so long.

  very rude male workers acted like they couldn’t help me. i placed a mobile order and instead of directing and helping they just ignore and have attitude

  Placed a pickup order pulled into the stall within 2 minutes lady comes with my drinks and said there still making the food ok.Ten minutes pass I asked dude that works there can he check on my food he says it's coming 20 minutes later still no food.Ask dude again he takes my receipt and finally comes back with my food. Waited all that time for the food to be disgusting I'm pissed 😡
