  Worst sonic! Do NOT Go Here!!!!! Worst Sonic I have ever had the displeasure of ordering and getting service from. No customer service. They had zero cars in stalls and 2 cars in the drive through. I placed an order for pickup through the app, and checked in when I arrived at the pick up stalls. I ordered one 1️⃣ ☝️ item, and waited for 15 minutes. I finally went to the drive through to get my order. The manager was actually bring an order out so I alerted him to my issue. He then went in and grabbed my order that had been sitting for 15 minutes, I specifically asked for a fresh coney when I first spoke to him. I asked again for a fresh coney and he told me this is your order, my order that had been sitting 15 minutes. He brings me “another coney”, the same original one just in another bag. Just don’t even bother going here.

  No one came to stall 4 after pressing the red button.. after 20 min we decided to leave.. it seem like only one person was working

  Have been to this location more than a handful of times. The last 3-5 times the food has taken 10-15 mins to come out and that’s with preordering on the app ahead of time and arriving when the order is supposed to be ready. This time I received the complete wrong order and my drink was terrible. Last time I ever visit this location

  I’m confused on why yall understaffed it’s too many ppl in those apartments by yall to be taking forever I hate having to drive far for food but if they gone be quicker than yall so be it and I’ve gone to this location twice today and 4 years ago it’s like nothing changed it still has slow customer service

  As I was DoorDash, I asked the employee what was the holdup on the food? She was like you had two orders when I only came with one at the time! Then when I did delivered the food to the customers they both called to complain about the food! Then then she had a whole attitude just because I asked what was the hold up! If this the type of people that sonic employee no wonder they sales are declining!
