  The Night crew is horrible… so I no longer stop here after getting off from work. I go across to Jack-n-the box. It as if they don’t care about proper customer service! and you’re a bother to them riding the clock… AND this isn’t something that just started. The day crews at one point in time was awesome! But after reading other views I’m wondering if this is just a bad Customer Service hereditary experience across the board now, at this location.It maybe open 24 hours but it only operates 8AM to 8PM. Year ago, this was a daily stop before arriving home! Crazy thing is I used to mystery shop sonic locations for a business owner in another state obviously it doesn’t happen here because it seems someone’s out of touch with the reality of what’s really going on within their business and it’s affecting the bottom line. Hopefully they get a grip sooner than later.

  I don’t know if I rubbed them the wrong way but all I ordered was a slush and some fries AND DAMN NEAR EVERY FRY WAS HARD AS A ROCK
