  Ordered milk shakes and waitress was very nice. The only problem I had was the lid on the top was not put on and i had chocolate shak everwhere in the car and on me.

  My drink contained spit and the ingredients that are placed in the drink were rubbed somewhere on a surface with dirt. I am now sick and I will be making a doctors appointment tomorrow. I ordered at 9:20 or so for a cherry lemonade.

  I ordered through the Sonic app for delivery, but I never received my order. When I went to the location to ask about it, a bald employee came outside and immediately accused me of lying about the situation, even though I showed proof of my purchase. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The manager was just as unprofessional. She made no effort to help me, apologize, or find a solution. I was treated with disrespect the entire time, despite having clear proof that I had paid for my order and never received it. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will never order from this location again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns handled professionally if I could put 0 stars I would.

  Horrible customer service. This location has too many bad reviews for anyone to believe the issues are being addressed. This location is a 3min drive from my home and I drive 10min further and its a completely different experience. I stopped going to this location over a year ago, today I tried my luck again and had to repeat my order three times as the attendant laughed with other employees. We spend our hard earned money here Sonic, do better
