  1 star because I have to. This Sonic is disgusting! Have been 2 times either the food is burnt or incorrect. Very disappointing given the location. I am willing to dispute my purchases with the bank. This by far the worst location in Houston. Workers are kids or older adults with a bad attitude and no understanding

  Waited 20 minutes for two drinks because three workers were outside playing with their friends. The staff is disgustingly unprofessional. They were also pretending to fight outside in front of customer. It was honestly embarrassing. I will not be coming back here!

  I dont usually eat out but today reminded me why I just need to continue to cook at home. I ordered some cheese sticks and fries. I went to look at my order the fries where extremely disappointing. You can tell oil the used needed to be clean and haven't been clean for some time. Didn't even look like fries more like oil sticks. That is not okay under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES to not change out the oil to ensure customers receive good quality food. Now however the servers were polite and kind. Makes me wonder how the inside of the place look if they can't do something so simple like changing the oil out........ Definitely wont be bk to this one...

  First time I came to this location. The chili cheese coney 10/10 so yummy. The tots 100/100 they were not greasy and so crunchy. Thank you! I will definitely come back.

  I just ordered delivery and didn’t even receive everything I paid for nor the right drink!! Tried to call to fix the situation and realized their phone number is out of service. This is the second time it’s happened to me since moving to the area, definitely not impressed.
