  We stopped at this location on our way home. The sonic location on the corner of 249 and cypresswood . I ordered on the app because it is usually faster that way. When we arrived the drive thru was busy and we waited in the mobile stall about 15mins. The wait time was not our issue. When we arrived home, my family tried their peanut butter milkshakes and they tasted horrible. They had a sour milk taste. My child ordered a oreo milkshake, but since we didn’t know if it was the peanut butter or milk that was bad, he didn’t drink his either. We threw them away and I reached out to customer service and explained the issue. I asked for a refund and customer service had to reach out to the location I bought them from and said management would reach out to me between 24-48 hours. Well it has been 4 days. No one has called or emailed me. We went to our normal sonic location today and the milkshakes tasted normal and yummy. I am disappointed in this particular location and will never stop there again. Also disappointed in how corporate handled, or actually did not handle this issue. But we will continue to go to our local sonic because my family loves the milkshakes.

  Great but they don't pay attention to the orders specifically. Im allergic to tomatoes, I had to keep telling them.
