  Today 9/11/26, I wanted to treat myself to a large tator tot and I tried to order from the stall but many of the screens were out of service so I ordered from the window. The young lady talking my order seemed that she needed to take the day off instead of work but I ignored it and still took a $5 tip out to pay her and when she finally brought the food out she was not friendly and seemed like she had an attitude even after bringing my food for me to pay and her attitude was not warm or kind and I chose not to spend my hard earned money or give her the tip I wanted to give because one thing I will not do is spend money at a place where the people are rude and the customer service is garbage. The stalls are usually much better customer service but this day I used the drive through and it was horrible.

  Stop here all the time to get teas while I’m working. Decides to get the ultimate meat breakfast burrito this morning and it was about the same size as the junior burritos that I normally get. Every other sonic that I have ordered one from is twice the size. I guess I’ll just stick to drinks at this location.

  1 star because I have to. This Sonic is disgusting! Have been 2 times either the food is burnt or incorrect. Very disappointing given the location. I am willing to dispute my purchases with the bank. This by far the worst location in Houston. Workers are kids or older adults with a bad attitude and no understanding

  I dont usually eat out but today reminded me why I just need to continue to cook at home. I ordered some cheese sticks and fries. I went to look at my order the fries where extremely disappointing. You can tell oil the used needed to be clean and haven't been clean for some time. Didn't even look like fries more like oil sticks. That is not okay under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES to not change out the oil to ensure customers receive good quality food. Now however the servers were polite and kind. Makes me wonder how the inside of the place look if they can't do something so simple like changing the oil out........ Definitely wont be bk to this one...
