  I always hope this location will get better because it’s the closest to me, but it doesn’t, today my bread was stale , cheese sticks didn’t taste fresh. It was just bleh. At this point I feel like this location is still floating only on location convenience just wish they put it to good use…

  I ordered in the app. Parked and checked in. 20 minutes later, no food. So I push the red button and I hear them yelling at their coworkers, then the line goes dead. So I push the red button again and the lady says "I'm literally putting your food on the tray right now" like I'm the problem here. She brings me my order and to her credit, she does apologize for the wait. But then she ran off without giving me a straw for my soda or my shake. So I push the button and say "Hi I'm sorry but can I get some straws" and she says "Salt? Okay" then the line goes dead. I examine my food while I wait for them to come to my car and discover that my food is there, but also there's a chili cheese dog I didn't order. A minute later, someone new comes out to my car with salt packets. I tell him that I asked for straws, not salt. And that I didn't order the hotdog. I didn't pay for that hotdog, so I was being honest and returning it. He looks annoyed and says he'll take it, and he'll be right back with straws. He returns a minute later with 4 straws for my 2 drinks. I leave and take my first sip of my route44 Big Red only to find that it's as flat as water from the kitchen faucet. No bubbles at all. So I put it down and pick up my shake, but the lid wasn't secure so when I picked it up the chocolate went EVERYWHERE. I clean it up as best as I can with the ONE napkin they gave me, and put it back in my cup holder. Then I try my cheese sticks. And one of them was just the fried tube with no cheese at all in the middle. So I basically waited like 30 minutes for a flat soda and cheese-less cheese sticks. I'd rather take a tour of every gynecologist in the state than to visit this location again.

  Friendly and fast service. Our order was taken quick and cooked to perfection. Daniel was very polite and attentive even after we asked several questions. Thanks Daniel for adding ☀️to our day.

  Food is always lukewarm unless it's tots or fries. My burger was like it came out the fridge. Their consistent for not having hot burgers. I think the last time my bun felt wet on 1 side. I've given this location many chances. I won't be returning.
