  Communication here at this place was trash, whoever they have taking orders was not paying attention and you can hear them in the background talking and not focus on taking my order.

  I always go around same time 7pm not sure if the personnel it's lazzy but they always say there's no ice cream how can I ice cream restaurant runs out of ice creams makes no sense

  Placing an order through drive through is a nightmare. You have to repeat your order several times, they don't catch half of what you say. Your lucky if your order is correct when you get it. Rarely do I ever get the correct drink I ordered.

  I don't know what's going on with the crew looks like the same crew that used to work at Whataburger Last Summer they can't get the orders right....either they're not reading the order board or listening to the customers as they come through the drive-thru, not that hard to make a burger specially made and it's not that hard to get it right and it looks like also there's a English speaking communication problem there also and it seems like they want to insist on selling a number three to the drive-thru I had to take a burger back five times for my daughter the other night and the onion rings were overcooked.... maybe that teacher that went viral with HISD was correct, looks like they were all teenagers maybe young adults themselves the girl in the glasses always messing something up the same way she did at Whataburger I don't know who the older lady was looks like I seen her at Wendy's before working back there the other two were just out of high school but they were all laughing about their mistakes the Driveline got backed up even the instacart person was Fed Up
