  My order was not sealed. And Driver DID NOT give me my drink. This is not good for Sonic.

  You can't order through the drive thru, the speaker box don't work, it's only 2 workers there. One of the workers came out to ask what we wanted to order but she had nothing to place the order with. We was redirected 3x & still was unable to place an order.

  I pulled up to place an order, and the entire time I was ordering, the employees were laughing and giggling instead of paying attention to what I was saying. It felt like they weren’t taking my order seriously. Because of the unprofessional behavior, I decided not to order and drove away. Customer service should make customers feel welcomed and respected. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience today. I hope management addresses this issue.
