Waited 30 minutes for a 2 drinks after I had already checked in. Meanwhile you have employees hanging out with friends outside. Finally got my order after asking about it, which I get an attitude from the car hop about. Apparently it had just been sitting there. Glad I finally got my drinks with melted ice.

We placed an online order and nobody was here. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and nobody was inside.

I literally just left Sonic on Old Spanish Trail. I’m disgust. I was receiving my order via the drive thru and a female employee handed the drive thru male employee a lighter and a BLUNT. No establishment should have a culture grounded in illegal and unsanitary actions. Disturbing behavior if they are outwardly doing this in front of customers I can only imagine what they are doing behind the scenes!

Online it says that this location is open until 3 a.m. and my bf and I drove to this location specifically for its later close time and we arrived at 2 a.m. to get some slushies. We then got yelled at over the intercom by a very rude associate going “WE’RE CLOSED”, no I’m sorry we’re closed early tonight or any explanation. If you are going to close early, reflect those hours online or be kinder and respectful to the patrons trying to order.

1/14/2026 - I visited this location at 1:00am. I was craving a Blue Coconut Cream slush and wanted a Coney. The establishment was particularly empty and it took the employee more than 2 minutes to acknowledge me at the drive thru. Then instead of greeting me, she says are you picking up? I was like no, I’m ordering. 🙄 Then, when she did, she sounded like she was serving 100’s of customers. She had a lousy attitude. I ordered a large Blue Cococut cream slush and a #9 with fries. I askes her if I could choose fries instead of tator tots and she responded to me as if I asked her to work a double. No reason why a simple question should have aggravated her that much. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted a combo. What part of I would like a #9 did she not understand? I answered that is find but I still only want a large coconut cream slush . No regular drink. Then she sarcastically responds that she is asking me because it would be cheaper. Again, I said that’s fine, no regular drink. I’ll pay extra for the slush if need be. For someone who doesn’t like being asked simple questions, she sure doesn’t know how to listen. Then at closing my order, she doesn’t say thank you. I had to say thank you and then she has the nerve to say you’re welcome. Totally missed my sarcasm completely. It would have been proper for me to say thank you. Upon closing my order, she didn’t give me a total and simply said you can pull up. What has fast food come to? This is why I don’t even dine in person anymore because of attitudes like these. If you don’t like your job, then quit because as customers, we don’t want to deal with your stank attitude. I didn’t even purchase my meal. I just drove off after she told me to pull up. Definitely won’t be back!
