  Just cane to get 3 drinks and a burger. 1 drink had a hole in and another had a chunk of ice so big the cup was deformed poking out the sides and I cant even get the straw in it. I tried calling them and nobody answered. That really sucks and I am so disappointed.

  Soooo...I stopped eating Sonic's food a long time ago, lol. However, I visit from time to time for the drinks. After a recent hiatus I visited and tried the frosted blue coconut drink...Basically their fruit drink with soft serve mixed in. It was disgusting. The cashier knew she didnt make it right bc she asked me to taste it the second she handed it to me lol. My face said it all and she quickly offered to remake it lol. She was supersweet. I chose to have her make a simpler slushie which satisfied my sweet tooth. She let me keep the 1st drink which was poured down the drain when I got home bc my teen thought it was disgusting too. Last, this location looks creepy and dingy at night...I almost didnt want to order.

  Jenniphur went above and beyond Exceptional customer Service tonight. I ordered a banana shake with strawberry pieces using the app. They happen to be out of fresh banana so Jenniphur tried using a different banana base for our shakes. She immediately told us about the situation and offered to replace with something different if we did not like it. Neither of us cared for it so she replaced it with a different flavor shake and told us to come back after 2pm tomorrow for two free banana with strawberry shakes since that's what we originally ordered. Her kindness and the outstanding way she handled it tonight definitely deserves a 5 star review. Sonic...hire more people like Jenniphur!!!!🙂🙂🙂
