  I hate this location with a PASSION! Service TRASH.. they are rude.. all they do is talk and play on the inside. Waiting time super long even when they are not bus. food cold.. orders WRONG! After today never going back

  Used mobile check in to spot number 5. Sat there for 15 minutes before moving to the drive thru. Then the drive thru worker had the audacity to say I was 'slipping into the drive thru' and that I was 'a bit too late'. Terrible experience.

  Service is unbelievably slow. 30 minutes for 5 vehicles in the drive through. Order delivery and sit at home to skip the headache.

  this location is straight up abysmal. as others have said, the service is terrible. I don't think I've ever had a positive interaction here. I have worked in fast food. I get it, it can suck. but speaking to the customer to confirm their order shouldn't be a request, it's the bare minimum. I don't expect you to be overly joyful, but at least try to communicate. I've also ordered a drink twice and it's wrong: lemonade slush w watermelon added. today, the man at the box repeated it back to me correctly. when I got to the window, it was rang up as a slush with lemon fruit. I don't know how else I can be more clear. I'm basically just wasting my money. the first time, I asked for it to be corrected, and the girl all but threw it at me and said "is this better?". today, same girl, but just didn't say anything to me. I'll just drive farther to the other location next time. I've given up with this place.
