  I swear this location has got to be the worst sonic location. You end up waiting 20+ minutes before even ordering, and god knows how much longer after you order. Can’t hear anything through the drive thru speaker and the employees work at a snails pace. By the looks of it I doubt the employees or managers care about providing any decent service.

  This is the dumbest location, everyone acts incapable of making a slushy with two flavors . They are always rude, and the most unaccommodating. You can’t even order a simple fry without it being cold and cooked in old grease and burnt . I haven’t been here once and it was smooth sailing even my partner has a hard time every time he goes to order… I’m over it 😡

  Gray was amazing with his customer service at this Sonic! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. Employees like Gray are what make people want to come back. Great job, Gray! 👏🔥

  Sonic is mostly hit or miss. Sometimes you get everything you ordered -- especially when it comes to condiments. Sometimes you actually get a cherry in your cherry limeade. Sometimes your food is fresh and hot. Sometimes you actually get a napkin that isn't greased stained included in your bag, but don't count on it. Most of the time the employees are pleasant. Atmosphere, seriously??? I wanted to say that I didn't know that I was specifically reviewing the Sonic on Washington Ave. when I wrote this. I only visited this location once and did not have any problems here. The Sonic that I normally go to is the one that I thought I was reviewing. My apologies to the Washington Ave. location.

  Got a Bogo Rewards on the Sonic Single. Set it for pickup. When I arrived I checked in and it came right out. Got home and the burgers were smashed, we also ordered cheddar peppers to share and they were burnt and stale. Plus we ordered onion rings and they were a ball of a mess, soggy and several of the crust was missing and tasted funny. This was the worst meal I have ever received at any Sonic. I will never return to that Sonic again. Plus I’m not driving back there cause it’s not that close. I took pictures and gonna try to upload them. Shame on that manager and his team.
