  The speaker wasn’t working and had a trouble ordering my food I wanted to ask what flavor smoothie’s they had but it was so bad when I went to the window to pay the lady didn’t say anything but the total

  Horrible, I dont usually post bad reviews but I honestly think they dont want any business as they actually make it difficult to order to the point of disrespectful. I love sonic and I cannot go here because they just dont care. Spend your money somewhere else. I will be.

  Gave me the entire wrong meal. Tried calling the store, the manager, the district manager, and corporate and got a disconnected number each time. Save yourself the hassle, throw money in the street and order somewhere else. Same outcome, shorter time frame.

  Update: after reading the reviews that aren’t fake, seems like wait time and food have been a known issue that has not been resolved for several months. Started off horrible. I was not even greeted with a hello just a “what do you want?” In an angry manner. Waited 45 minutes for my order only to have it completely messed up. Buzzed back inquiring about my order every 15 minutes and was hung up on each time. Had to get the food runner to check on my food. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

  I thought coming to the Sonic on Washington would of been a great experience with good food. Man I was wrong. Started off with very disrespectful workers and the food was so cold. Not to mention they gave me my shake with ice cream pouring down the side of the cup and all over every thing else I ordered. I was disgusted by this location and would drive to the seawall just not to come back here.
