  Chilly on the inside and I love that it’s perfect temperature, especially because it’s hot outside. The food is amazing! definitely recommend it and is my number 1 choice of fast food. The people are very kind and many different choices of American fast food. 💗 Very clean and lovely.

  The Hispanic lady working on Sunday morning needs to be properly trained. Customers walked in but she “pretended” she did not see anyone standing and waiting to place orders. No greetings and after standing there for almost 10 minutes she still did not even mind to ask what would I want. Left the store immediately. Learn how to behave.

  I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Smashburger. From the moment I walked in, I was treated very differently compared to the White customer ahead of me, who was greeted warmly and served without issue. When it was my turn, the cashier immediately questioned my order in a way that felt inappropriate and unnecessary, as if I couldn’t afford what I was ordering. Every modification I requested was second-guessed, and I was repeatedly told there would be extra charges in a tone that felt discouraging and unwelcoming—despite being told otherwise initially. The overall attitude was disturbingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What made it worse was the clear contrast in how other customers were treated versus how I was treated. This was my first time going out of my way—driving from Jersey Village—to try this location, and it will absolutely be my last. No customer should feel judged, uncomfortable, or disrespected while simply trying to place an order.
