  Best coffee shop in Houston, hands down. Great baked goods, pretty solid lunch offerings. But the coffee. THE COFFEE!! So delicious and well priced. Siphon also has a really nice patio!

  Major shoutout to Raul for your excellent customer service!!! Sundays are for moving slow and intentional in my opinion. This visit was a first and learning about siphon brewing was a fun experience. Not only did I enjoy the huevos rancheros, the random pianist, and large work table flooded with morning sunlight, but I appreciated the attention to customer service. Raul took the time and patience to answer my questions and even be filmed as I documented the brewing process!! It’s the little things that count, and you NEVER know how you can impact someone’s day…Maya Angelou said it best “…people remember how you make them feel…” I look forward to returning to my old high school stomping grounds to try the hibiscus lemonade, chai and matcha lattes, and chilaquiles!!! Thank you.

  Always a bit crowded, but with good reason. An excellent coffee-first cafe. If you have time for the namesake style coffee (Siphon), they brew it well with a clean cup that is neither over nor under extracted.

  Son had an appointment at Argyle we arrived early. Decided to kill time at Siphon. Edward immediately greeted us. I went with a cold chai along with a chicken empanada so good! I was offered a shot of their siphoned coffee. That’s good stuff! My son got an Americano☕️ best part was Edward’s politeness and conversation 😊. Good place to hangout and study!

  Delicious espresso, indoor and outdoor seating. It would definitely get a repeat visit from me if I lived here. Espresso service was a little slow but the place was packed which is a good sign. It means people are drinking the coffee. The barista apologized but it really was no thing. Love you Siphon!
