  I went to Salt Grass last week and had an awesome experience. My server was Glenda, and she was a very attentive and professional. My food came out really fast and it tasted really good. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. Remember to ask for Glenda.

  Tボーンステーキが食べたくて初訪問。全体的に量もたっぷりで大満足でした！Tボーンステーキ（ミディアムレア）: 焼き加減が最高。お肉そのものが美味しいので、シンプルな味付けで肉の旨味をしっかり堪能できました。芽キャベツ: 歯ごたえが絶妙でとても美味しかったです。マッシュルーム: 味付けは良いのですが、少し濃すぎた印象です。キャロットケーキ: しっとり、スパイシー、クリーミーで最高のデザート。ボリュームも凄いです。メインからデザートまで大満足のクオリティだったので、お肉でお腹いっぱいに満たされたい時にぜひおすすめしたいお店です。

  The food was good seasoned well, drinks were okay. The potato soup had a different texture than i had before but wasn’t bad. They messed our order up and mixed up me and my bf steaks, undercooked mine and over cooked his so i guess in the end it worked out but the mistake shouldn’t have happened because they weren’t that busy.

  A group of five of us went to Saltgrass Houston Downtown for lunch on June 3rd. The service was simply terrible. The server was unfriendly and showed absolutely no interest in us. Our son was served the wrong meal—there was no apology, nothing. She then wrongly assumed the kitchen had mixed up the side dishes and told me to move the sides from one plate to the other myself. When clearing the table, she gave us instructions on how she wanted the plates and cutlery arranged, using a rude and arrogant tone. To top it all off, I discovered yesterday that she had unilaterally added a $15 tip to the bill after the fact. Naturally, I reported this to my bank immediately.

  We experienced the worst service imaginable. The server Kiara showed no interest in us and gossiped about other guests with her colleagues; she was rude and arrogant. Instead of the steak we ordered, our son was served fried chicken. Regarding one of the meals, she assumed the kitchen had mixed up the side dishes and instructed me to move the sides from one plate to another right there at the table—a request I complied with, even though the kitchen hadn't actually made a mistake. When clearing the table, she used a commanding tone to tell us exactly how to hand her the plates and cutlery. Given how terrible the experience was, I did not leave a tip—despite usually tipping at least 20%. I have now discovered that she unilaterally added a $15 tip for herself; my credit card was charged $146.44. She therefore falsified the receipt.
