- BPBeau PriceJun 8, 20261.0First negative review i have ever done. I eat at Landry's restaurants all the time in Texas and Louisiana. Always a great experience. Not here. Walked in and sat at the bar. Restaurant was Not busy, more employees than Patrons. It took me 20 minutes of trying to get anybody to take my drink order. Then 10 more minutes to get the drink. I was ready to order from the minute I walked into the restaurant, but it took 20 minutes after I got my drink to stop a busboy to get him to find a waitress to take my food order. 30 minutes later, still no food. I was able to get the bartenders attention (she was busy the whole time talking to a male patron who worked at the restaurant but was at the bar to eat). I noticed that she looked puzzled and then I found out they never turned my order in... I stopped the manager, a young Hispanic man, and explained my disappointment. He didnt seem concerned but said he could turn the order in again. I refused and paid for my drink and left. I cant believe they had the audacity to even charge me for my drink, but at that point I had enough. LANDRYS corporate needs to evaluate this location, NOT up to your standards.. And hour and a half of my life wasted.

I thought I wanted wine but she recommended the el jefe and it was chefs kiss. She interacted with our girls (2 & 4) automatic plus! First time in a long time we actually stayed and enjoyed some adult beverages and dessert. Thank you so much KAYLAE!!!
