The bartender takes too long, I understand when it’s busy. But when you’re just chatting with coworkers w an open order instead of actually making it… not good. I’d suggest chatting when you’re done with the order. Food is great. Steak came out cooked medium rare like ordered. However, the bartender didn’t give me a menu after my drink, or silverware. Then when I got my food I was missing grilled onions I had ordered on the side. At this point i woukd not recommend this location. 3/3 times the service was subpar. All the other staff seem to be doing well. But if you want to dine in the bar or order drinks id stay away from this location. 3/10

On the way out we noticed 2 female employees saying slurs to the table next to us. I found this very disrespectful and they were bothering that table the whole time I was there. I think there was an employee off the clock but I found it disturbing that they were loud and using slurs a lot. I then noticed another female server with glasses that walked by that table and again used slurs and threatened to get the guy fired. I don’t know why she would say that but that whole commotion was very disrespectful and I will not be coming back to saltgrass again.
