  I had an issued from the previous service and the manager Tober was very accommodating. Food was excellent as usual at this location and I’m just glad that the manager resolved the issue that I had previously regarding a charge but everything was great. I definitely recommend this location.

  Gabriel was outstanding and took great care of my family and I as we celebrate my days 76th birthday. He was attentive, responsive, and really made every effort to make sure we got everything we wanted. Thank you

  We sat in. The waiter never stop to talk trying to sell membership. Forgot to bring silverware and 40 min in we just got the salad. No food yet. Just the bread and a salad. Never again. Update: food arrived. Cold. Messed up place for selling steaks at $40…

  Brianna Morales was my server oh my gosh she was amazing always there without being over bearing , me had the bone in ribeye and my lady had the ceaser salad with she hasn’t stopped talking about it..Shrimp 10/10

  Had a bad experience with a manager yesterday. Last week I ordered a meal for lunch and added 2 range rattlers for the extra $8.99. They forgot to put them in my bag to go. I immediately called and the guy on the line said "yes they are right here, can you come back to get them" I couldn't and said I could another time. He took my name and phone number. That was Friday last week. Fast forward to this past Monday I called and asked for a manager. I rude gentle came to the line. I explain what happen last week and that I was told to call before I came and they would get them ready. This gentleman said do you have your receipt, I stated NO. But your employee took my name and phone number Friday. He said" this is like Walmart if you dont have a recipe how do I know what you ordered. I told him he could use my credit card I paid with to pull the order. He said that takes to long if you had the receipt it would be easier. I said if your employee put the item I ordered in my bag. We wouldn't be having this conversation. He said Im not saying Im not going to get them ready. But next time have your receipt. We'll my friend went to pick them up. This rude manager told her... Next time have the receipt. Why is this man so set on a receipt for an order they forgot to give a customer. He was the most rude person I have ever encountered. I called back up there and spoke to a different manager. All he could say was that manger will no longer be at this location after today. And he would let the GM know what happen. This was just ridiculous and left a bad taste for this location and how the situation was handled. Do better Salt Grass. $35 for lunch and missing items is not okay.
