- KLKristina Loredo5 days ago1.0There was no AC in the section to the left as you come in. As soon as I walked in I could tell there was no AC. It is August in Houston! There should be at least a decent temperature in the establishment. I walked to the restroom and the they had perfect temperature in that area. I made the manager aware. She stated “well this AC can’t keep up with this Texas Heat”. How funny because the right side of your restaurant is not experiencing the same issue. The meter read 80 Degrees. That’s ridiculous temperature. They kept siting more parties in that same section where there is no AC. Making it worst! The manager only apologized and offered no help at all. Not even a discount and we sat there in the hot area. Never again will I come. If your establishment is not equip for these temperatures, then find a solution. Just awful service.

Poor management, staff was rude, food was cold and undercooked and the one that sent us over was the undercooked salmon.. it was so bad and my child was eating it. When brought to the waiter she got the manager who came and said she can’t take it off or do anything about it… NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I could give a half star but please avoid the one on SW Highway.

She’s trying to run the time out so I can’t speak to a manger. Nothing about this steak is medium well! I paid all this money and I don’t get a refund. I’m tired of starving because place after place is careless.
