  I went to Saltgrass Steak House today during lunch with a coworker, and I was very disappointed with the service. I paid cash and clearly told the waiter that I needed my change back, yet he never returned with it. Instead, he avoided coming back to the table and basically decided his own tip amount without my permission. That is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Tips should be earned and left at the customer’s discretion not assumed or kept without consent. We ended up having to leave because our Uber was waiting, and unfortunately we didn’t have time to continue addressing it there. Overall, this experience left a very bad impression on me. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and proper service.

  Best local steakhouse and a long time favorite. We enjoy our ribeyes Pittsburgh style - well done on the outside with a medium center. The steaks were cooked to perfection, as always. Flavorful, juicy and tender. Paired with the spinach strawberry salad and a baked sweet potato. Delicious!

  Este ha sido mi saltgras favorito por muchos años Mister Ferttita estara muy decepcionado por tener personal tan que dan tan pobre servicio a sus clientes , creo que mi dinero vale igual que el de todos los demas fue totalmente decepcionante yo se lo que ex trabajar de mesero lo hice por muchos años con suerte hay muchas locaciones mas Ojala el dueño de esta corporate este feliz con ellos y después de visitor este sitio por mas de 20 años no pienso regresar mi comida estaba tan fria que Parecia que estaba en el refrigerator

  Servers were friendly but slow service. Took drink orders twice until they could figure who was going to take care of a party of 15. Ordered appetizers which came after the soup and salads were served. Ordered the “Signature Steak and Shrimp” lunch entree. Meat was cold, hard and not edible. Asparagus was overcooked and woody portion not trimmed. Meal was not worth the $25 they charge for it. Save your money and just eat home.

  We went to eat there on Feb 22 and a sauce from the table next to us somehow was spilled all over my sister’s authentic Louis Vitton purse and my limited edition white canvas Hello Kitty Kate Spade purse. These total to approx $3,000. The manager, Topher, took pictures and assured us corporate would take care of it. That they would be reaching out to us. Well it is April 18 and we have called and called and finally, a lady named Pauline called us about a week ago and said she would call us back the next day. Pauline is not professional. As a representative of Tillman Fertitta and Landry’s restaurants, she should keep to her word. I have been calling and leaving messages, with no luck or avail. They have insurance. They should be doing what they can to quickly remedy the situation. Instead they are just ignoring.
