  Horrible experience with drive up and go. The bagger placed a deli chicken in a paper bag carelessly, without first checking it was completely sealed shut, and then double bagging it in plastic. Of course, it leaked completely through the bag, and would have ruined my car seat, if I had not expected his incompetence and lined the seat with a plastic reusable laundry bag. Eventually it leaked through that too, but not before I got home, and put the whole thing, chicken and laundry bag, in the sink. The laundry bag was ruined and it was not free. I paid for it on Amazon. Of course, when I called to complain to the manager, he followed the corporate script, offering no apology or recompense. Ps to Randalls response: no, I understand the importance of proper hot messy deli items being handled carefully and how it can totally ruin a car’s interior when half azzded. Y’all don’t. I also understand “ we’re sorry, and we won’t do it again. How can we make it up to you?” Wish y’all did.

  I have been a customer and been happy with their drive and go , until yesterday ( 04/14/26) I place d a pick up order and when i came to pick up my order items that are not mine were mixed and items i ordered were missing some Associate ask me if i can wait coz she will back and check but i was in a hurry and told her to just cancel . When i get home i tried calling to make sure it was cancelled coz in the app it says “ picked up” when somebody picked up the phone i tried explaining everything and she told me to hold on and i was put on hd for 10 min so i hang up and dialed again and same thing happened for 4 times until somebody talked to me and told me my items were there and was just mixed up and i want to come its now ready so i told them i can come tomorrow and she said as soon as u park just call us and somebody wl tKe your items outside. So the next thats exactly what i did and was put on hold again by someone who talked to me. And so i decide to just go inside and pick up my order from the store and then i was ask to wait for another 10 min before somebody came to give my items. Its just ao annoying and sad that i used to love their service but mow it sucks

  Sorry randalls,you're not the same store of the past.fried / baked chicken was horrible.the star bucks lady is constantly rude and getting help from an employee is tough .I only go in this store if I don't have another choice.
