Customer service desk tells you to go way down off of 59 to another Kroger for assistance. This is the fifth time they did me like this.. they need to be retrained.

Yesterday I got ground beef and went straight home to cook it. I only live 5 minutes away. Once again the beef smelled awful. Whoever is handling the meats or seafood isn't check the temperature or the food is not properly handling. Please have someone check temperature of meats and proper food handling please
