- CJcami j2 days ago5.0I went to the counter to get the chicken meal..It was a very nice young lady who helped me out, i didn't catch her name.she is an African American lady. The normal guy, a short guy with glasses is normally unfriendly and not engaging at all..but the young lady working on today about 4pm was really nice and helpful. If I can give her a review somewhere else at the company I will.
- GNGabriela Nogueira6 days ago1.0Awful costumer service and a lot of fake advertising, there’s a promo on sodas and no cupons needed got in the cashier and the lady said you had to have one I asked how because clearly showed on the sodas you just needed to buy 3 and get 3 to get the discount but apparently not, you have to get a cupom that doesn’t exist, took more than 10 minutes to cancel, also the store was very messy without people around to get to you, my first and last time at Randal’s for sure

At first it was great…but over the past 6 months not so much. I’ve lost count the times I’ve received EXPIRED products, from chips, yogurts and even the meat! My last order I had a $30 roast and as soon as I opened it up it smelled horrible and sure enough it was past the sell by date! Then this weekend I opened some chicken and it literally smells like dirty mop water. My hamburger buns were expired and had mold. My cucumber were gross and slimy. I’ve had enough unfortunately so back to HEB I go.
