- NWNancy WrightJun 24, 20261.0I might be spoiled by the Westchase and Holcomb locations because the staff always ask if I found everything I needed and if I wanted help out to the car. I'm in a motorized cart due to mobility issues and I was not asked either by this cashier. When I mentioned that I couldn't find something, I was told by the cashier Michelle to go ask someone in customer service. Then after my groceries were bagged and she started ringing the next person in line, she not only did not put my bags in my basket for me, she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes when I asked her to move the bags closer to me so I could reach them so I could get them in my basket to leave. I felt like she was mad at me for shopping in the store and causing her a real inconvenience.

Pondering about initially stopping at Starbucks but thought about saving some more money today. Welll when my daughters and I went to the drink cooler. I noticed that the guy who I asked where the restroom was, was staring at me from his side eye. At this time security who was standing by the door ultimately ended up behind me on the cereal aisle pretending to be doing something. We all know what that pretending was...I asked the guy did he have security watch me because I know that he was standing by the door the entire time and now that I am getting some items he's magically behind me...bologna. the guy pretended that he didn't have security watch me and he didn't know what was going on. I normally shop at another location. If you're brave enough to follow and stalk a woman for these bs overpriced always on the shelf items be brave enough to admit it when confronted COWARD.

I expect your store to treat all customers with respect, regardless of background. I hope you address this, because I—and others—deserve better.”
